Diy setup to easily pull 330′ field fence through trees where a tractor won’t fit.

A simple setup so that you can easily pull field fence from a fixed point between and around trees. This is a follow up to my original video https://youtu.be/CMNLYGv-ap4 where I showed this same system to pull field fence using a tractor. In that case the fence was anchored and the tractor driven away the roll unrolling behind it. I used the same setup in this video you can get the swivel caribeaner here https://amzn.to/2PVk3yL .

Easy way to run 330 foot rolls of woven wire field fence.

I use a swivel carabiner, a 3 point hoist etc to make running rolls of woven wire field fence easier. I also did a second video showing how you can just pull the fence through the woods with this setup https://youtu.be/aaFDYCfS1QQ . It really shows how well this swivel hook https://amzn.to/2PVk3yL works they have doubled the price since I bought it though. I have as of yet not seen anything less expensive though.

Shortened How to repair a 12 volt car battery using food grade Alum and baking soda for under 5 dollars

In this video I show how to repair a 12 volt car battery for under 5 dollars using food grade Alum “Aluminum Sulfate” and baking soda. First I use baking soda to clean the battery and then Alum instead of a acid to bring it back to life. The best price I have found for alum is here https://amzn.to/2LBzZ61 which is enough to do several batteries. Your local feed mills or grocers may carry it as well.

Part 2 testing the battery again more extensively almost 6 months later http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5YeRe1fwNYc&feature=youtu.be

Started a drain over time test you can view the first 16 days results here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TBx4U74suwI

3 months drain with no charge started truck 4 times including the last starting the truck in 10 degree F
http://youtu.be/2SP6jkJMqco

Simple Instructions

1 cup or 8 oz of food grade alum “aluminum sulfate” in a 1 gallon jug then fill the jug with water “it is best to use distilled water”
Same for the baking soda 1 cup per gallon. The baking soda mix is used after draining the acid to neutralize any left over acid. You can then after rinsing with that rinse with plain water to get out the baking soda mix. Then you will put in the alum mix filling to just above the plates and then charge.

Hillman Power Pro 4 1/2″ exterior wood screws countersunk into treated 4×4’s with no splitting

In this video I am using these Hillman Power Pro screws to build a log splitting tire stand. You can see it in action here https://youtu.be/9bBUrdp9EXg and I ordered the screws here https://amzn.to/2wqA9HH . The reason I made this separate video was because of just how impressed I was with these screws. They drive super easy with no need to pre-drill and don’t seem to split out the wood.  As of  8-25-2018 I have used up about a half box of these and have yet had one break or split out the wood while driving.

Installation of Owens Corning True Definition Duration energy star shingles shasta white time Lapse

Time lapse video of my old shingles being removed and my new shingles being installed. I had wind damage to my roof so had to have my shingles replaced. I decided to go with this Owens Corning product that is energy start rated and warrantied for as long as I own the home. My contractor was Billings remodeling and they did a fantastic job getting the whole roof done in 1 day. This time lapse video covers pretty much the whole process. “Missing a small bit of them starting”

Springer Spaniel dog showing off her fancy footwork

My sister and her Springer Spaniel has been staying with me the past few months because her husband is on Deployment. Recently I figured out that she really loves chasing bugs, which also includes light reflections that move. This is a great way to wear her out so she is not bugging me constantly :). She is shaved because she has allergies and is also partially bald on her back because of a skin condition.

Cocker Spaniel Puppy chasing Outward Hound Invincibles Snake Stuffingless Plush Dog Toy

Cocker Spaniel Puppy chasing Outward Hound Invincibles Snake around her “dad”. I started recording this video about 20 minutes after she started. At first she was chasing it around a lot faster and catching it but she had really gotten tired by the time I started the video. These toys are super well made and with several dogs playing with them most of the squeakers work still after 6 years of play. You can get these toys here https://amzn.to/2KBOJC0
